How long can I rent for?
From 32 nights to 12 months. All properties are furnished.
Who is MUVAWAY for?
For people who would like to live in Mallorca temporarily. Describe your actual reason for the stay when booking. The landlord decides whether to confirm the booking.
Who do I book with?
You rent directly from the landlord. MUVAWAY connects you and handles the payment.
What does it cost?
You only pay the monthly price. Utilities are included in it, shown as a fixed flat rate, or as a flat rate with an additional payment for higher consumption. You pay the deposit directly to the landlord at key handover. MUVAWAY does not hold it. The landlord sets the amount in the listing.
When and how do I pay?
You book with your card; nothing is charged until the landlord confirms. If move-in is then at most 80 days away, the first month’s rent is charged on confirmation, otherwise 80 days before move-in. If your card does not work, you can pay by bank transfer. From the second month, rent is charged automatically 10 days before the rental month starts.
Can I cancel?
Free of charge up to 14 days before move-in (inclusive). If you cancel later, the landlord can keep at most your first month’s rent. We calculate the exact amount according to the law.
